Terms of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (Terms) apply to all professional training courses offered by Talki Academy (Marbo Finance SAS) on the website academy.talki-app.fr. Any order implies acceptance without reservation of these Terms.

Training courses are offered at the prices in effect at the time of order. Prices are indicated in euros including VAT. Talki Academy reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Ordered training courses are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order validation. For in-company training, a personalized quote is prepared upon request.

Registration is effective after: - Completion of the registration form - Acceptance of these Terms - Full payment of the training course price Access to the training is opened immediately after payment confirmation. Access is personal and non-transferable.

Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. For companies, payment by bank transfer is possible upon presentation of a purchase order. The payment term is 30 days from the invoice date.

Talki Academy training courses are eligible for funding by Skills Operators (OPCO) as part of the company's skills development plan. Terms: - The client is responsible for preparing and submitting the application to their OPCO - Talki Academy provides the training agreement, detailed program and quote necessary for filing the application - OPCO funding is not guaranteed by Talki Academy - In case of partial funding by the OPCO, the remaining amount is payable by the client - In the absence of a response from the OPCO before the start of the training, the client agrees to pay the full amount The training also constitutes a deductible expense from the taxable income of the company or independent professional.

Cancellation by the client: - More than 15 working days before the start of the session: full refund - 8 to 15 working days before the start: 50% of the amount will be retained as a flat-rate compensation - Less than 8 working days before the start: no refund, except replacement by another participant from the same company Cancellation by Talki Academy: - Talki Academy reserves the right to cancel a session if the minimum number of participants is not reached (minimum 4 participants) - In case of cancellation by Talki Academy, the client is offered a postponement to the next session or a full refund Postponement: - Any postponement request must be made at least 10 working days before the start of the session - Only one postponement is granted per registration

Access to training courses is granted for an unlimited duration from the registration date, subject to service availability. Talki Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of: - Non-compliance with these Terms - Fraudulent use of the account - Unauthorized sharing of credentials

All training content (text, videos, exercises, source code, materials) are the exclusive property of Marbo Finance SAS. The buyer benefits from a personal and non-exclusive right of use. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation is prohibited without prior written authorization.

A completion certificate is issued for each training course completed with a minimum score of 80% on assessments. This certificate attests to participation and assessed skills. It does not constitute a state diploma.

Talki Academy undertakes to provide quality training, up-to-date and in accordance with published descriptions. Talki Academy cannot be held liable for: - Consequences of applying acquired knowledge - Temporary service interruptions for maintenance - Damages related to internet use

Any complaint must be addressed to: formation@talki-app.fr We undertake to respond within 5 working days. In case of unresolved dispute, the client may resort to a consumer mediator.

These Terms are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Paris have sole jurisdiction.
